Hi, friends! CrossFit to me means motivation. My motivation is community and fun loving competition. I try to bring this spirit of community with me to the gym whether I’m training, coaching or just hanging out. I express community with a positive attitude and a desire for everyone to have as much fun and get as much out of their fitness as I am. I started my CrossFit journey in 2013 with no real background in athletics. I see myself in beginners! I became an L1 CrossFit Trainer in 2021 and I’ve come so far with my personal fitness journey that I get excited to help others start theirs!
